Posted February 24, 2019 09:20:58 A car decor from an Australian wedding was put up in front of the front door of a university graduation ceremony in Melbourne.
The bride and groom had purchased the decorations and installed them on the front of their car to decorate the occasion.
“The car has been customised with floral motifs for the occasion and the bride has even purchased flowers from a local nursery,” the bride’s mother told ABC News.
The wedding dress was decorated by the bride and her friends.
“We were told to do the wedding dress and we said no, it’s not for us, it was for someone else,” the young bride’s father said.
The car was fitted with a giant inflatable egg which is part of a new decorating campaign for the university.
The university’s student union said the university has received hundreds of emails from people wanting to decorates their cars.
“When people tell us how their wedding car was decorated, we’re thrilled to say they are absolutely wonderful people,” the union’s head of communications, David Goulston, said.
“There was a lot of excitement and people were very excited about this.”
So many people are coming forward with their own ideas and their own designs.
