Thanksgiving table decals can be an effective Christmas decoration, according to a new study.
The study, which analyzed more than 200 Thanksgiving table decor items sold at more than 100 stores in the U.S. between November 2016 and February 2017, found that Christmas decorations had a positive impact on sales.
The study found that the majority of decorations on the table were positive for shoppers and positive for the company.
But the biggest winners in the study were brands that focused on helping shoppers with holiday shopping and that made Christmas decorations.
“We think it’s really important to be conscious of what you’re doing when you’re decorating your Thanksgiving table,” said study co-author Dr. Lauren K. Taggart, an assistant professor of marketing at The Ohio State University.
“You’re not just spending money, you’re spending time and attention on the customer.”
In addition to the positive effects on customers, the study found, Thanksgiving table decorations can also help the company increase sales.
Christmas decorations were found to have a positive effect on the overall brand image, with customers rating the decor more positively when compared to a neutral decor.
The Christmas decorations used in the survey were all made by companies with annual sales of $50 million or more.
The table decor used was made by the company with the highest sales of Thanksgiving table decal items.
The researchers also found that Thanksgiving table decoration items that were made with organic materials had a higher likelihood of selling than those made with synthetic materials.
The research was published online in the journal Consumer Reports.
